Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet customer specific requirements 
(CSR) and IATF16949 requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs .
Responsible for identifying and raising quality issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact to the customer. 
Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer specific requirements. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all quality-related issues on allocated projects, within the manufacturing team
• Manage customer complaints; manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million)
• Liaise and communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor, with other departments and with customers
• Perform root cause analysis and initiate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
• Carry out product and process auditing  based on VDA6.5 and VDA6.3
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
• Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures
• Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System (IATF16949)

• Knowledge of : 
  1. IATF16949 Quality Management systems and measurement, VDA6.3, VDA 6.5, 8D - Problem Solving in 8 Disciplines 
  2. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  3. Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferable in electronic industry
